How do I place an order?
First Step:- To place an order, simply browse our web store and once you find the item(s) you wish to purchase, add in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to shopping cart” button. Once you complete your shopping, click on the “Proceed to check out” button where you will be asked to provide some additional information necessary to complete your order. Once completed, click on the “Continue” button and   we will get your enquiry by E mail,

Second Step:- Upon receipt of your request/Order, then we will calculate the Shipping cost according to your choice (By Air, By Sea, By Post office & By Courier), and then A Performa Invoice will be issued to you. Shipment can be "prepaid freight C&F" or "freight collect F.O.B" according to your instruction. Shipment being sent by prepaid, freight will have the charges added to the Performa invoice.

Is there any volume discount available.?

 Yes,Volume discounts available on(On F.O.B Value of shipment):
-$2000.00 - $2999.00   order>   2%     discount on all regular priced items.
-$3000.00 - $5000.00   order> 2.5%    discount on all regular priced items.
-$5100.00 - $8000.00   order >   3%    discount on all regular priced items.
-$8100.00 - $10000.00 order> 3.5%    discount on all regular priced items.


 

What methods of payment do you accept?
A) For new clients, our payment terms is advance remittance. However, we change the payment term to CAD or to credit period after having successfully done our business with the new clients for at least one year. All export shipments are subject to be in U.S. Dollars OR Euros.
A) Payment By Bank Wire Transfer (Swift)
B) Payment By Western Union (http://www.westernunion.com)
C) Payment By PayPal. Payment Processing Fee 10% From the Total Value of the Invoice.

Do you offer custom made products?
Since we are manufacturer therefore we do produce customize products too. In order to get more information’s please contact us.

Shipping & Handling
How much does it cost to ship?
We calculate the Shipping cost on the basis of  size, weight and destination of the package.

How long will it take to ship?
Irrespective of the volume of our customers orders, we consign the stock items within 10-15 days, and the non-stock items within 21-45 days from the date of receipt of confirmed orders and finalized payment.

What carrier do you use to ship?
We use DHL courier service/Post Office EMS Courier Service, By Air and By Ship  to provide our customers fast and reliable shipping service.

How long does shipping take?      Irrespective of the volume of our customers orders, we consign the stock items within 10-15 days, and the non-stock items within 21-45 days from the date of receipt of confirmed orders and finalized payment. 

How may I track my order online?
Since we use DHL service, /Post office EMS  Service therefore, the customer can also track their packet at DHL website by entering their tracking number provided by us.


Refunds
What is your refund policy?
We cannot give refund, but we can replace the items with other.

In which currencies you offer your products?
We offer US Dollar and  Euros  currencies to our customers.  You can use our Currencies converter to convert the currency into your choice.

Do you accept credit card as mode of payment?
Yes, we accept through the Third Party, i.e. http://www.2checkout.com  and http://www.moneybooker.com sites.

What is your email response time against customer query?
All questions will be answered within 24 working hours and apart from this email service we do offer online customer support which also serves online queries from Monday to Friday.

Do you stamp our logo or stamp in the products?                                                                              Yes, we do We stamp/Logo our products as per client requirements and as decided during the ordering process.

Is sample available?
Samples can be provided upon payment of samples and shipping cost. If the buyer has a courier account number, we can use this to send samples.

 Is any refund available for any damaged items?    No Refund available. We can send you replacement of any other items free of cost.
